Why Do We Exist?

We want your life to be full of love and laughter with no worries or fear. Your home sweet home deserves to be preserved and protected, and we come across as the worst nightmare for the people with evil motives and intentions about your home.

Whether you are at the office or enjoying a much-deserved break, you will always know what’s happening at home. We don’t come after the scene but prevent the scene from happening in the first place.

We exist to make safety safer and complete, 24x7.

How Did We Start?

We live in a world that’s becoming futuristic day by day, machines knowing more about us than we do with everything in our hands turning smarter. Then we had a question - is our safety & security becoming safer, and more importantly is it foolproof?

We saw a gap and took it upon us to make our society a safer place. We studied every possible home security solution in the market, from the basic ones to the ones considered the best, but none of them was foolproof. It's where and how we started with security that was robust, smart, and finally complete with monitored security solutions

That's why we don't spend millions on advertising or marketing as our customers are our biggest ambassadors. For us, awareness and education are critical as monitored alarm security is still an alien concept in India.

Who We Are?

A young and ambitious organization, Digital Fire and Security Services (DFS Services) is an Indian start-up working closely with DFS UK and AJAX Ukraine. We are focused on technology sharing, R&D, product design, solution development, and CMS support in the security segment. We offer robust, reliable, monitored, and fully connected security service at a fair price, with the most advanced security technologies from across the globe. Our end goal is to bring the best security solutions to India that truly define real and complete security.

India caters for less than 0.1% of the CMS demand beside 18% of the world population! So, we started working with the DFS in 2016-17 to understand this huge gap. While the ‘public awareness’ is the biggest reason; abundance of poor quality products and substandard services has caused serious trust issues in the public.
