Well, the connectivity between your home and CMS is real time, signals are sent every 30 seconds to ensure 100% uptime. A low battery, communication trouble, system health, tamper, alarm, panic assistance or anything else, CMS looks after everything.
So, what do I need to do then?
Nothing really! we worry about your security, so you don’t have to. We look after everything; you just use the system and enjoy the peace of mind in knowing that someone out there is always looking after your home, whether you are available or not, well or sick, working or on a holiday!
So how do I get this Monitoring service?
Our monitoring service comes standard with our alarm systems, we offer two different types of hardware in alarm system - Ajax and Hikvision
First year is free with any of the two alarm systems we offer, after that, it is just INR 5999 for the whole year.
Good question, it covers everything! From system health checks, firmware upgrades, system maintenance, alert services, M2M sim card and its charges and of course – 24*7 monitoring.
What if I don’t want to pay for monitoring service after first year?
You can contact us and we can reconfigure your alarm system so that it can work as a standalone unit but you will not get comprehensive 24*7 monitoring which looks after everything; also you will need to pay for SIM card yourself.
So, what if your security expert calls me but I am not reachable, may be my mobile is switched off or maybe I am in a meeting and I don’t see your call/messages?
That’s a good question, you see, we won’t stop until we reach you or someone else, we will call other contacts. nearby police, fire station, hospital or other authorities if needed, basically there is no giving up!
How can I trust that your security staff is available 24*7?What if they fall asleep or miss a signal?
We have multiple fail-safe options, the monitoring station itself escalates the issue and if it is not acknowledged by the security staff within 60 seconds, it will then be notified to their supervisors, if they also miss it, it will go to the next level. But rest assured, this is what we do, day and night, you can count on us.
What if I need some help in the middle of the night? How can I reach you guys?
Yes, since we operate 24*7, we provide 24*7 customer support as well, so be it Christmas or Diwali, day or night, you can just reach out to us straight away.
