Q. Do I still require a power point to give power supply for battery to be charged?

A. This is not compulsorily required. You can manually charge the camera when the battery is getting drained completely.

How many days will it run on battery backup?

It can last for 120 days if only 4-5 minutes of events are being downloaded on daily basis.

Does it have mic and speaker both, can we speak to other person?

Yes, the camera has a two-way communication option.
